Corporate culture is now at the top of today's business agenda and is cited in equal measure as the cause of success as much as failure. It is well documented that the tone at the top has an impact on corporate culture – but what does that mean? What action are boards and leadership teams taking about corporate culture and how connected are they to the ‘real situation’ within their companies and organisations?
Mazars and Board Agenda magazine, in association with leading European business school INSEAD, have launched a European survey to find out more about the state of corporate culture in Europe’s leading companies and the role of the board.
As part of Mazars’ Business. For Good® global initiative, we would like to find out more about the state of corporate culture in Europe’s leading companies and the role of the board. This research will measure how boards and directors across Europe are managing this crucial success factor – by industry, by company type and by country.
The report, to launch in September, will provide key insights about the way corporate culture is being shaped by leadership teams in European companies.
